FSA's Privacy Statement

Rather than present you with several square miles of small-type legal-ese, the kind that when distilled says, "it's not our fault and you can't prove anything," our privacy statement is simple:

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

We do not share any registration information we collect about you with any third parties. This information is used only to support your wish to use our products and conduct normal business.

This website is free of all scripts and cookies. No information is collected while you are here.

We do not send you repeated mailings, though from time to time we may send a quick note announcing a new version of our products, or do one or two follow-up queries about your current product demo.

We are as paranoid about any credit card information as you probably are, perhaps more so because if our security is breached, we can get into a lot of trouble with our credit card processor. This is one of the reasons we do not support on-line credit card purchases. When some of the major online merchants can get hacked, we know this purchasing method is still not as safe as it should be. But you're always free to call or fax your credit card information when ready to make a purchase.

We know our credit card service provider personally, and they know us. They are a real bank, with a real branch office not far from our offices.
Getting credit card processing set up locally in this manner was perhaps nearly as difficult as getting a security clearance, but well worth the trouble. Your security is assured, as is ours.
Some on-line merchants, unable to qualify for premium local credit-card processing (either because they haven't been in business long enough or don't have a high enough credit rating), use processors located far away that they've never met. We would never do business that way.
